Suggested Uses & Recipes:

Topical:
• Dilute with a carrier oil & massage on the back of the neck or feet to promote a sense of calm.
• Add a drop or two to your favorite moisturizer to reduce the signs of wrinkles & promote smoother complexion.

Aromatic:
• Place 4-5 drops in diffuser to promote a grounding or calming atmosphere.
