Night Night™ Essential Oil Blend

Night Night™ Essential Oil Blend is a Relaxing & Restful blend of Copaiba, Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Rue, Sandalwood, Spanish Marjoram & Ylang Ylang essential oils. This is an excellent combination of oils to assist those who wish to calm themselves & help relax to enjoy a peaceful nights rest.

Suggestions for use:

Topical:
• Massage a drop into your temples before bed, to help calm & relax.
• Inhale scent directly from the palms of your hands.
• Place a drop or two on the soles of your feet.
• Place 2 or 3 drops on the back of neck throughout the day to help relieve tension and bring on a sense of calming & peace.

Aromatic:
• Diffuse 4-5 drops in your favorite diffuser.  Add more drops for larger diffusers.
