Sweet Forest™ Essential Oil Blend is a pleasant pairing of Cedarwood, Cypress, Grapefruit & Spanish Sage essential oils. This combination of oils is reminiscent of standing on a soft forest floor surrounded by naturally refreshing & vibrant scents, all while helping you to feel calm & grounded.
Suggestions for use:
Aromatic:
• Add 4-5 drops in diffuser. Add more drops for larger diffusers.
• Inhale directly from the bottle.
Topical:
• Dilute 1-2 drops oil with 2 drops carrier oil and rub on the inside of the elbow, wrists and/or back of the neck to help calm & ground.
