Suggestions for use:

Topical:
• Dilute 1-2 drops & massage onto desired area. Dilute with Almond Oil or carrier oil of your choice to avoid sensitivity to skin.

Aromatic:
• Add 4-5 drops in your diffuser.

Internal:
• Add 1-2 drops in four oz of water or other liquid. Take before meals to control appetite.
