Suggested Uses & Recipes:

Topical:
• Dilute with a carrier oil & massage on the back of the neck or feet to promote a sense of calm.
• Blend 2-3 drops with your favorite carrier oil & massage into sore muscles or other troubled areas such as knees.

Aromatic:
• Place 4-5 drops in diffuser to enjoy the cool, fresh scent & to uplift the spirit.
