Suggested Uses & Recipes:

Topically:
• Blend 5 drops of each Basil, Vetiver, Lavender and Cedarwood with 2 oz of massage oil. Apply after bathing. 

• Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of steaming water, cover your head with a towel, and breathe deeply for a short, refreshing aromatic steam.

• Dilute with a carrier oil (like sweet almond or jojoba) and apply to pulse points for an energizing personal scent.

• Use sparingly in blends—basil oil is potent and a little goes a long way!

Diffuse:
• Add 4-5 drops (alone or blend with complimentary oils) to your diffuser and enjoy.
